Description

These White Hot Chocolate No Bake Cookies combine the creamy sweetness of white hot chocolate with the hearty texture of oats and a delightful crunch from mini marshmallows and colorful sprinkles. Ready in minutes without any baking, they’re perfect for a quick, indulgent treat that melts in your mouth.

Ingredients

Scale

Dry Ingredients

  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 (3.9 oz) package Instant White Chocolate Pudding Mix (dry)
  • 3/4 cup White Hot Chocolate Powder Mix
  • 4 cups 1-Minute Oatmeal

Wet Ingredients

  • 3/4 cups salted butter
  • 2/3 cup whole milk

Toppings and Extras

  • 1 cup mini dehydrated marshmallows, divided (you’ll find these in the cocoa section)
  • Sprinkles, as desired for decoration

Instructions

  1. Melt and Boil Mixture: In a large pot over medium-high heat, combine the salted butter, whole milk, and granulated sugar. Stir constantly until the butter melts and the mixture comes to a rolling boil. Allow it to boil for exactly 1 minute and 45 seconds to ensure the sugar is fully dissolved and the mixture thickens appropriately.
  2. Add Flavorings and Dry Ingredients: Remove the pot from heat. Immediately stir in the vanilla extract, the dry Instant White Chocolate Pudding Mix, the White Hot Chocolate Powder Mix, and the 1-Minute Oatmeal. Finally, fold in 3/4 cup of the mini dehydrated marshmallows gently to preserve some texture.
  3. Form Cookies and Decorate: Drop large spoonfuls of the cookie mixture onto wax paper, spacing them apart. While they are still warm and sticky, sprinkle with the remaining mini marshmallows and add sprinkles on top as desired. Allow the cookies to cool completely and harden at room temperature before serving.

Notes

  • Use wax paper to prevent sticking and allow cookies to set properly.
  • The no-bake method makes these cookies quick and easy with minimal cleanup.
  • For a different flavor, you can substitute the white hot chocolate powder with regular cocoa powder, adjusting the sugar accordingly.
  • Ensure to measure boiling time accurately for the correct texture.
  • Store cookies in an airtight container to maintain freshness for up to 5 days.
