Instructions
- Add Ingredients: Place the milk, Greek yogurt, frozen mixed berries, vanilla protein powder, optional sweetener, and optional vanilla extract into a blender to prepare for blending.
- Blend Smooth: Blend all the ingredients until the mixture is smooth and creamy. Pause blending to scrape down the sides if necessary to ensure everything is fully incorporated.
