Perfect for cooling down on warm days, these lollies are easy to prepare and a great way to enjoy a guilt-free dessert packed with flavor and nutrition.

Ingredients

Scale

Ingredients

  • 2 cups strawberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp honey

Instructions

  1. Prepare Strawberries: Wash and hull the strawberries if using fresh to remove any stems and leaves, ensuring they’re clean and ready to blend.
  2. Blend Ingredients: Combine the strawberries, Greek yogurt, and honey in a blender and blend until the mixture is smooth and creamy, with no chunks remaining.
  3. Fill Molds: Pour the blended mixture evenly into lollipop molds, filling each cavity close to the top.
  4. Insert Sticks: Place lollipop sticks into the molds carefully, making sure they are centered and standing upright.
  5. Freeze Lollies: Place the molds in the freezer and freeze for at least 4 hours or until the lollies are completely solid and frozen through.
  6. Serve: Once frozen, remove the lollies from the molds and serve immediately for a cool and refreshing snack.

Notes

  • For creamier lollies, use full-fat Greek yogurt.
  • Adjust honey quantity to taste or substitute with maple syrup for a vegan option.
  • If fresh strawberries are out of season, frozen berries work equally well.
  • To easily remove lollies, briefly run warm water over the outside of the molds.
  • These lollies can be stored in the freezer for up to 2 weeks.
