Ingredients
Scale
Ingredients
- 2 cups strawberries (fresh or frozen)
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp honey
Instructions
- Prepare Strawberries: Wash and hull the strawberries if using fresh to remove any stems and leaves, ensuring they’re clean and ready to blend.
- Blend Ingredients: Combine the strawberries, Greek yogurt, and honey in a blender and blend until the mixture is smooth and creamy, with no chunks remaining.
- Fill Molds: Pour the blended mixture evenly into lollipop molds, filling each cavity close to the top.
- Insert Sticks: Place lollipop sticks into the molds carefully, making sure they are centered and standing upright.
- Freeze Lollies: Place the molds in the freezer and freeze for at least 4 hours or until the lollies are completely solid and frozen through.
- Serve: Once frozen, remove the lollies from the molds and serve immediately for a cool and refreshing snack.
Notes
- For creamier lollies, use full-fat Greek yogurt.
- Adjust honey quantity to taste or substitute with maple syrup for a vegan option.
- If fresh strawberries are out of season, frozen berries work equally well.
- To easily remove lollies, briefly run warm water over the outside of the molds.
- These lollies can be stored in the freezer for up to 2 weeks.
